Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Pixbloom ("the app", "we") handles. In short: your coloring progress and the photos you turn into pixel pictures stay on your device and are never uploaded by us. The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase, Unity Ads and Google Play Billing, which process limited technical data as described below.
Coloring progress
Your progress, finished pictures, stars, streaks and settings are stored only in the app's private storage on your device.
Photos
When you choose "Create from photo", Android's photo picker (or camera) gives the app the single photo you pick. Pixbloom converts it into a small pixel grid on your device; only that pixel picture is saved, in the app's private storage. The photo itself is not stored or uploaded.
Saving and sharing
Pictures and timelapse videos are saved to your Pictures/Pixbloom or Movies/Pixbloom folder only when you tap Save, and shared only when you choose to share them.
Play together (local Wi-Fi)
If you open Play together, the app announces or looks for rooms on your local Wi-Fi network and connects directly to the other phone. Only the name you type, the picture id and the cells you color are exchanged between the two phones; nothing goes through our servers.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, Pixbloom shows at most one local reminder a day. For users without a subscription it may mention the free-trial offer. Reminders are scheduled on your device; you can change the time or turn them off in More.
Data collected by third-party services

These providers process data under their own policies: Firebase, Unity, Google. We never sell your personal data.
Your choices
You can turn off usage analytics, personalized ads and daily reminders in Pixbloom › More. You can also reset or delete your Advertising ID in Android settings. Pixbloom Pro removes all ads.
Permissions
- Notifications — for the optional daily reminder.
- Run at startup — to keep the reminder scheduled after a restart.
- Wi-Fi state / multicast — to find nearby rooms for Play together.
- Internet / network state — for ads, analytics, purchases and Play together.
Retention and deletion
Progress, pixel pictures and settings are stored only on your device; resetting a picture, deleting a photo picture, clearing the app's data or uninstalling removes them. Analytics data is kept by Firebase for up to 14 months. To request deletion of analytics data linked to your app instance, see Delete data.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Security
Data sent to the services above travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
Changes
We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
